What if self-care didn't have to come with guilt?
Did you know that your Brio Employee Assistance Program gives you access to meetings with a dietitian-nutritionist?
These sessions are confidential, included in your benefits package, and offer a space to ask your questions, clarify your doubts and receive support tailored to your reality.
Nutrition is often associated with a list of “good” or “bad” foods, strict rules or complicated plans.
In reality, our role as nutritionists is much more human than that.
We’re here to help you sort through everything you see flying by – on social networks, on billboards, in the media or around you. Between food trends, fad diets and quick promises, it’s normal to feel confused. Our role is to demystify these messages and bring back intuitive, simple reference points adapted to your daily life.
No blame here
With intuitive eating, there’s no guilt. A meal out, a more disorganized week, a stressful period when food takes a back seat, these are human realities.
Rather than judge these moments, we seek to understand what surrounds them. What are your days like? Your schedule? Your energy level? Your family responsibilities?
Ask yourself, “If I make this change, would I want to keep it for the rest of my life?”
If the answer is no, it’s worth reviewing the approach. Perhaps there are other foods with the same nutritional properties, a more realistic training schedule, or a simpler way to include children in food decisions.
The idea is not to hold out for a few weeks, but to build a solid base that you can maintain year after year.
What's particularly close to my heart
Beyond the nutritional recommendations, what’s important to me personally is the trust we’ll build over the course of our meetings.
I attach great importance to creating a space where everyone feels comfortable talking about their reality – work, family, time constraints, food preferences, fatigue, stress, fears – without fear of being judged.
By understanding your daily life, I’ll be better able to help you with your nutrition needs.
My role is not to monitor you, but to support you, offer you simple tools and guide you at your own pace.
Nutrition Month is a reminder that it’s possible to take care of your health without rigidity or pressure – simply by building, step by step, a solid foundation that aligns with your reality.
